Where are your classes located?

Venture Action Sports does not have one central "building" instead we travel to different venues for each of our class segments! All locations are within a 20 mile range either Grand Rapids, MI or Hudsonville MI depending on the program. Class specific details and addresses are listed on the  syllabus on their respective class info pages. 
Classes can also be offered in the Niles school district area, email us through the contact form for more info.

Question 2

Can I pick and choose what sport segments my student attends?

Accepted Answer

No, all of our Venture Action Sports classes include a variety of sports and topics grouped together into year-long classes. You cannot choose which segments you register for a-la-cart as we work hard to build class community and cohesiveness as a group all year long.

Question 3

Does my student need prior experience for any of these classes?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is needed for any of our current year-long programs
Some advanced clubs may occur seasonally that require prerequisite skills that will be listed on the info page, so double check those listings before you register.

Question 4

What is your Attendance Policy?

Accepted Answer

If your student will not be attending on their scheduled class day, please inform our administrative staff by email at admin@ventureactionsports.com. We do not extend refunds for classes missed, but your student will have the option to attend a different age-matched class for an optional makeup day.

Question 5

What is your Cancelation Policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancelation Policy: If registration is canceled before June 1 2026 you will be issued a full refund (including deposit) with the exception of a $25 administrative fee.

Cancelations between June 2 2026 and the first day of class will receive all tuition refunded except for the $150 deposit.

Cancelations after class begins will not receive a refund.

Question 6

Do I need to purchase rental gear and venue passes for my student?

Accepted Answer

Most passes and gear is provided with tuition, but there are a few exceptions. Please thoroughly read your class syllabus to be prepared and know what gear you are expected to provide.

Question 7

I signed up via a partnership website, do I still need to register on this site?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, please fill out the Venture Action Sports class registration form found on the registration page of this site. Select which homeschool partnership or school you are currently connected with, and you will be billed accordingly for the remaining price.

Question 8

My student has physical, emotional or cognitive limitations, can they take your classes?

Accepted Answer

Although Venture Action Sports does not currently provide adaptive sports options, we take this question on a case-by-case basis.
