Why Lifetime Sports?

Learn what you like: Lifetime Sports students participate in 3 90 minute sessions of each sport segment. This allows kids to "test run" which sports they enjoy without having to commit to an entire season or buying an arsenal of gear. The sport segments covered during class are: Pickleball, Disc Golf, Yard Games, Gym Classics, and final tournament-style sessions at the end of the year to recap all the skills they've grown over the year!

Quality Coaching: Our coaches don't just focus on playing the game, but give individual tips and tricks to help each student progress at their own pace. Whether you're just learning the rules of a new game or you're perfecting the most beautiful(and deadly) Pickleball serve, there is progression to be had at every level.

Social Connections and Family Involvement: Most leisure sports have an emphasis on community, social connections and belonging. We foster this inclusive spirit within our class, but these skills give students the ability to connect with people through sport long after they're through with the program. Lifetime sports can also be enjoyed by individuals of all ages, making them a perfect way for families to bond. Engaging in sports with other people fosters connections and creates lasting memories.
